Use this page to request deletion of your LabHome DZ app account and associated personal data. This request path is available even if you no longer have access to the mobile app.
What this request covers
LabHome DZ will delete or anonymize eligible account data, profile data, contact details, device identifiers associated with the account, and other personal data tied to the account where deletion is legally permitted.
Some medical records, laboratory records, payment/accounting records, security records, fraud-prevention records, and audit logs may need to be retained where required by applicable obligations. Retained records are limited to the required purpose.
